In this micro-wedding editorial, Follia delle Rose aimed to introduce contrasts and add a vibrant, modern touch to the 18th century Milanese estate Casa Villa. To create a playful brasserie ambiance, green garden chairs were paired with Art Deco sofa seating, complemented by pleated Flos lamps and Modigliani replicas. The addition of Versace bread plates with mythological Medusa designs and custom designed menus injected a fresh, contemporary feel into the traditional interiors, along with colourful and soft Clori Milano flower arrangements inspired by the Mediterranean.
Reminiscent of a 1960s Fellini film, the bride exudes a simple, yet timeless and unconventional style. She adorned herself in vintage garments from France and Italy, donning a flowing silk slip dress, an oversized blazer, vibrant orange Prada shoes, and a sparkling sequin handbag.
The A’IDA e le viole cake design was a blend of traditional and whimsical elements, using savoiardi biscuits with vivid red raspberries in a dramatic spiral on top. A champagne tower was used to celebrate the newlyweds.
