Tell us about your business!
We’re Julia & Gil, a married couple living in a charming old apartment in Leipzig. We’re in business for nearly a decade and have had the privilege of capturing weddings in countries including Italy, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
Our work has been featured in many prestigious, international publications including Vogue. We’re also proud ambassadors for leading brands in the photography industry, including Canon, PicTime, Pixellu, Narrative and Imagen.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we travel to Italy and Spain for most of our weddings.

What is your most memorable career moment?
There isn’t just one single moment that stands out—it’s the countless small moments that make each wedding unique and unforgettable. Whether it’s the tearful exchange of vows, a spontaneous laugh, or a quiet, intimate glance between the couple, these moments are what make our work so special. Each wedding brings its own set of memories that we cherish, and that’s what keeps our passion alive.
What inspires you?
We are most inspired by the people we photograph. Every love story is unique, and it’s the small, intimate moments that truly move us. We also find inspiration in natural light, beautiful locations, and the raw emotions that make each wedding special.
How would you describe your working style?
Our working style is relaxed, unobtrusive, and focused on creating a comfortable atmosphere. We believe in letting the day unfold naturally while being there to capture every moment. We guide our couples when needed but also allow space for spontaneous and candid shots.
Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?
We do shoot both, digital and film.
Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?
Yes, we always create custom offers for our clients.
What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?
Photography combined with film. As we’re working as a team of two, we can document a wedding in photography and film.
Where would you love to travel to for work?
Our favorite place is Italy, so every wedding there is welcome.

When selecting music for our films, we choose tracks that resonate with the couple’s personality and the mood of their day. Music is powerful, and we aim to find pieces that elevate the emotions and tell the story seamlessly, ensuring it feels personal and memorable.

Our advice is to focus on what truly matters—your love and the commitment you’re making to each other. Don’t get lost in the details.
