Tell us about your wedding day!
It was a beautiful opportunity for our family and friends, both English and Italian to be together in one place - invited into something intimate that we both shared. This was helped by allowing the day to be planned well, but for the day itself to happen spontaneously and organically through the location, our guests and the overall atmosphere. By opening ourselves up, it allowed trust and chance to take over.
Where did you get married?
We were married at Villa Semenza in Northern Italy.
How many guests did you have?
We had 90 guests attend our wedding and Nicoletta Subitoni captured our day.
Tell us about your outfits.
I wore a Vivenne Westwood off-the-shoulder gown with white YSL heels for the ceremony and then later changed into a slip dress with Maison Margiela Tibi Ballerina Flats to dance in.
What was the most important aspect for you, in terms of planning your wedding?
We wanted our wedding day to be a celebration and party, that was full of emotion.
